- Telehealth medical insurance benefit verification performed by our administrative staff
- Download, print and sign a consent form
- Your physical therapist will contact you prior to your telehealth appointment to assure you are ready for your virtual session and answer any related questions you may have
- An email invitation will be sent to you stating the date and time of your telehealth session with a link to connect to your physical therapy virtual session
- Start your virtual physical therapy session
